Everly Clothing, a Los Angeles based young contemporary women’s clothing brand, is looking for an entry level sales representative to work out of our headquarters in Vernon, CA. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and sales support via phone and email. As the first point of contact with our customers, this position requires a high level of professionalism and conscientiousness. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly develop an expert level of knowledge of our aesthetics and products.
Grow and maintain relationships with existing wholesale clients
Resolving customer issues while maintaining a high level of integrity and customer service
Ability to travel to tradeshows throughout the year
Answering customer inquiries and concerns, including requests for product information, online store policies, order tracking, issue resolution, and general information
Emailing wholesale customers for shipping approval/payment collection/order updates
Manage, process, and invoice a high volume of orders daily
Creating and merchandising linesheets that are sent to customers to increase sales
Meet and achieve monthly sales goals
At least 1-year experience in a customer service or communications role
A quick and flexible learner
Adaptable when it comes to ongoing changes process and structure while keeping a positive attitude and being a great teammate
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly, efficiently, and creatively
Works well individually as well as in a team
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
Fast learner that can follow directions
Eager to go above and beyond to reach goals and support all teams
